Comment | I've been eating overnight oats for a while, I find getting the right combo is key.
Here's a rough estimate of what I use for mine. I put my bowl on a scale and then add:
50g porridge oats
Top up with milk until 200g ish
If adding frozen fruit, add 80gish and put in the fridge.
In the morning, I take it out. If adding fresh fruit, chop and add it now. Top with chia seeds and a sprinkling of cacao powder if I fancy some chocolate goodness. |
