There's plenty of video evidence of violence out there. Ditto the massive amount of damage caused. Go look. If you don't believe racist and sectarian abuse should be a legal offence, well, that's your right to think that of course. But I'd rather live in a world where people face legal consequences for racist and sectarian hatred and bigotry.
