| Comment | You say that, but I called the police one day after a person living on a right of way let their dog aggressively lunge for my pregnant wife. We had a bit of a standoff where they refused to control their dog and I demanded my right to use the path.
The police told me that because the dog hadn't actually *bitten* my wife no crime had been committed. Obviously, not true but what can you do? |
