I'm in this exact position. Our rescue is VERY reactive to other dogs. We're working with a trainer, but every time someone's "lovely labradoodle", gets in his face, we take a massive step back in training. To be clear, it's absolutely not my dog who'll get hurt in this scenario, but it'll traumatise him.
