| Comment | Dog owners are the worst type of people in my opinion. Especially the ones who use extending leads on pavements. Of course, I can't tar them all with the same brush, but every day I get pissed off because of a dog owner's behaviour. Today, one allowed his dog to piss all over the steps of my close. Then another was about ten metres back while his dog was already around the corner blocking the entire footpath with a tripwire of an extending lead.
They should bring in a test before someone can own a dog. |
