I would say that given how popular dogs are in Glasgow, it's a bit mad that so few parka have designated dog areas. Glasgow green is the only one I know that has one. I have a cocker spaniel that could easily be the dog you describe. It's rough not being able to give dogs a proper run around because of worries like this
