Yeah, that'll be it! I still maintain that using council area as the reference point for covid fugures is flawed. Unsure why they didn't use health board areas as the stresses and issues weren't really locality based contratraints but to do with the wider health service capacity and use. It is also why Glasgow, as the largest city and densely populated area of the country, has suffered far more due to this metric. where the local boundary of Glasgow city is rather restrictive in comparison to the broader and more accurately provisioning of health board areas.

...ho, hum, hopefully next week sees us experience some more light from this dark tunnel.
