I think 5% is just the cost of doing business atm as shit as it is. Just sick of putting down 10% more and still getting burned. Also we live in London so it's not cheap to keep coming up, did you get outbid a lot in Paisley? Or was it not as bad? Sorry for all the questions, just can't get my head around it, I won't ask you where you bought as its a bit personal. We might put in offers on places a bit further away from train the station as they don't seem to be snapped up as fast.

Congratulations on the baby. Nightmare moving and being pregnant/having a baby. Our youngest is one, so it's hard to get everything together when doing something like looking for a house/mortgage.
