Comment	Fair enough on the first point. Sounds like your GP stuck up for you when CMHT decided they couldn't offer you anything. For clarity I'm a mental health nurse, on a ward rather than a CMHT. CMHTs in my experience are very quick to decide people "aren't unwell enough" to get their support. They do deal with the more serious mental health issues though. Most of their patients are chronic schizophrenics, EUPD or BPD.
