Our common building insurance for a tenement almost doubled a few years ago and there’s nothing we can do about it.
We’re at around £60 a month now I think. It’s ridiculous. I queried with the factor and they said the building had been re-valued for the first time in years and it drove the price up.
For some reason common policies always seem to be higher than the corresponding number of individual policies and I’m not sure why. |
