Pretty much. As far as owners not paying, there is the missing shares scheme mentioned in the document above. Ultimately, it's up to your factor to try to get money out of the owners which they can do through the courts and by ultimately getting the debt attached to the property so they get paid when/if it gets sold. Start by checking your title deeds.
