Yeah the other guy shared a link to it but you can book support.

When you book you will have one meeting with a councilor where they will have a chat with you discuss your problems and what they can do to help.

You will then get put on a waiting list to see a different councilor, you get 12 sessions with them (either once a week or once every other week can't remember sorry) where you either go with a goal of something you want addressed (CBT) or a more general chat (like therapist in movies) but the first councilor will explain all of this to you and are generally pretty good.

The only problem is there is generally a waiting list and I don't know how covid will have affected it. But definitely sign up for the service as soon as possible because there is other services they can provide in the meantime until your actual sessions.

There is also (or used to be) a group CBT session you could go to but that always seemed pretty daunting to me and I never went. Though looking back now I think it could have been quite good of I had.
