There was no way they would get enough evidence to decide who it was, it would have been a pointless exercise. If there was a bunch of witnesses who could say who threw the bottles and I had contact details for them then fair enough but as I was cycling by and trying to avoid getting hurt I didn't have time for evidence gathering.
