There were roadworks ongoing with no signs up. They were fixing potholes., though had made them worse in order to fix them in a day or two. I burst two tyres driving over it. I had different types of evidence.(photos etc)
Has to chase my complaint a dozen times, which wasn't easy with their fucking automatic phone system that kept cutting me off after reading the same stupid message despite allowing you to select certain numbers and options to eventually get someone on the phone; only to be told it hadn't been looked at yet. Ended up forgetting about it for a while. It took over a year to hear back , maybe even 18 months and when I did they said they found no fault of their own.
