My old letting agent have said they want to use some of my deposit to pay for a professional cleaning company to clean the place but its twice now they've not answered my question when I ask them to confirm thats the only thing they'll be taking off the deposit... Anyone ever delt with G4 Properties before? They seem like right dodgy bastards.
