Company cars aren't given to trainees with us sadly, but assuming I get a permanent contract with the department I want in a year's time I'd be eligible to apply for *some* funding. Most the guys I've spoken to say you're better off financially using your own car and claiming mileage expenses though since the rate is ~£1.50 a mile for personal cars
