I used exactly what linked here to take my landlord to court as he would not take seriously. I gave him to a no win no fee agency and did not have to do anything beyond provide them with all the documents and evidence. He dragged it for more than an year and got to two court hearings which was incredibly stupid as he clearly broke the law. In the end he had to pay the fine to me and cover the legal expenses of the agency. |
