Same here, migration have huge effect on properties. I am an economic migrant from PL and many of people I know are also immigrants on relatively high salaries (40-50K+) looking to buy or already bought a property. I am now moving houses myself. You would think that Brexit will change this but it seems the other way, people just decided to stay here forever instead of returning to EU. And those who returned are mostly in low paid jobs so would not be able to pay 20% over HR anyway.

Btw, how you know that Glasgow takes highest population of refugees?
