Man up? I'd say taking responsibility for those around us who are more vulnerable is a far more "manly" thing to do.
I never suggested everyone stay off work, you're clearly projecting your insecurities about it here. Also, thinking not wearing a mask makes you manly is the epitome of insecurity.
