I agree sick workers should stay at home when feeling ill but it’s important to first ensure protections are in place to enable them to do so without losing out financially. Hopefully the pandemic has caused a slight culture shift in that regard.
In terms of wearing masks, social distancing etc., I think it should be a personal choice and not mandated. I probably won’t bother tbh.
