We were all little insects hiding under a rock . The pandemic lifted the rock and now we are all scurrying about trying to find a place to go. Some people are looking at a more rural lifestyle but for people in London , Glasgow is almost like a wee village and a fraction of the cost for superior housing. Jobs and meetings are moving online so people may have more choice over their city, Many Relationships, and friendships, will not have handled the pressure of being stuck in a house together. Then there's inheritance due to increase in elderly deaths. Then there is rich people who buy shit when times are tough because they see a flurry of activity and know they can outbid. Lots of reasons. That and Glasgow is decent.
