It's a long story, but essentially we initially had a survey carried out and report provided, but we recently moved to a new factor who have disregarded the previous report as they want to do their own due diligence. The new survey/report hasn't happened yet. The previous report was quite extensive and the majority of the costs were to repair the roof.
