I wasn't really seeking information on how to fix it. Its fine for now and their office opens up tomorrow at 10 so im going down there tomorrow.
As for contacting a plumber etc. My contract says I won't be refunded if I do repairs without the landlords permission. Ive also never really had an issue before so ive never had to ask for the landlord etc email / number.
