| Comment | Thanks for the help mate, I know my landlords name etc. I have met him once when he came to see how I was doing when I moved in.
That website doesn't give me a email or phone number for him either.
Had a look in my contract and all of the phone numbers / emails for the landlord are just the letting agency numbers and emails. I plan on telling the landlord about how rubbish they are and that they don't have any out of hours number to phone that responds in an appropriate time.
Still haven't received a message back from my letting agency and that's been a few hours now. |
