Comment	I thought Ottolenghi was a dish until a quick web search proved otherwise. The photos of his dishes look very tasty. It's for a recipe on one of the Glasgow City College cooking course I signed up for. Baked aubergine with Moroccan mint mechoul and chick pea stew :)
