It seems to me to be specifically about reallocating street space to increase neighbourhood livability - whether through more space for pedestrians, for leisure activities, for outdoors hospitality, for cycling.
As far as I've read, GCC also has an overarching Transport Plan in the works, and a few other distinct projects that address public transport. |
