You're right, though: clearing Duke Street and the Parade of parked cars would free up so much space, which would ease congestion for those of us who drive them, thus making things a bit easier (also making, say Armadale Street one way down and Craigpark one way up, with lights at either end, rather than the winding path that was needed to get from the Parade to Duke Street or vice versa). |
