Thank you very much for this really informative reply. Is it possible after seeing a dermatologist privately that my treatment can be picked up again on the NHS through the hospital clinic? Or is it more like once you start private you stay private? My problem is the excessive scarring and hyperpigmentation that is happening and which I have no control over. I have tretinoin 0.05 but too scared to put it on my face due to really bad perioral dermatitis.
