| Comment | I don't think it's the same nowadays. A lot of the areas were demolished, broken up, etc. A lot of the high schools too. That probably put an end to a lot of them. I didn't hear so much about the Sighthill Mafia around the time the flats there were being demolished, for example. The level of knife crime is lower than it used to be too. I haven't seen a gang fight in years. I can't imagine that it's like now with social media. Imagine the Fleeto on Facebook, or the Tongs on Instagram. Maybe they are. |
