| Comment | I would not be surprised that people who work in places don't know the way the scheme works. Especially when the council is involved as they have so many different departments.
I have a kids swimming direct debit that also has 1 family swim per month free. My regular pool thinks it's 1 swim ever, other pools say it does not exist and some say its once every month. The website says its 1 per month. |
