| Comment | I think it looks fine, but would be keen to ensure the flats are a bit more than a basic small 2 bedroom set up. I know nothing about the set up, but the folk that are going to do the redevelopment are usually out for a quick buck. A rooftop garden would be nice for them.
Does anyone know if they will keep the car park? Parking in Shawlands is a nightmare, it'll be 10x worse if there's 500 new residents without anywhere to park.
It looks like there are fewer shops in the new development, and all quite small. If you want to encourage shawlands to grow I think improving that area of the development would be good. |
