There's a huge issue of white, middle-class people heading up these types of businesses that claim to promote diversity etc., yet they're too closed off to find and befriend a poc to help out and share ideas with? They're on Victoria road for fucks sake. If they're so involved with the community it wouldn't be that difficult to have representation. |
