I like the modern development mixed with the old Tenement buildings at the side and over the road.
End of the day its impossible to please everyone but the the arcade is a dump and not a worthwhile shop amongst it (gym is popular though) so any development is welcomed in my book.
The loyal bams of Kilmarnock Rd will need to find a new place to hing about if/when this goes ahead.
