Registered with the GP when I first moved here but you have to call them a week later to ask for your CHI number. Basically England has NHS number but scotland has CHI number. Once you got your CHI number, you can call the help line.
They’ve already been vaccinating international students. I got a text last week and have my vaccine appt next thursday.
