I just think that it’s good to put a face to a name and have a first impression. I worked in bars for 14 years and most staff got jobs just by stopping by with a CV and asking if we needed staff. It’s shows willing and initiative.
Even if the policy is that applications should be emailed, you’ve still got a better chance of being remembered.
