| Comment | I lived in a city centre block of flats that had a nightmare with this. All you can do is phone 101 (non emergency police) and they’ll move them on if they have time. We did this constantly - maybe 1 in 3 times they’d be able to actually come out and about 5 times they caught them but just moved them on, no arrests made. Eventually we just got sick of it and moved, with plenty other residents trying to sell up too. |
