Comment | Yoga really depends on the style the instructor is trained in but I've found it's generally at an accessible level. (and if they're a good instructor they should be able to adapt to you) I would also highly recommend the Lift It classes, it's max 4 to a class and often less than that, basically a free personal training session if you're interested in learning compound movements like squats and deadlifts and level 2 moves on to Olympic lifts. |
