If I had to guess I would say he suffers from some form of paranoid delusional disorder. There's no coherence whatsoever to the message - most of it is lefty platitudes, anti-establishment rhet, Big TV conspiracies, down with the man etc but it's also just oppressive, nonsensical, populist and occasionally bigoted.
