Good to know we can call 101 for this. This happens constantly at the back of my work (merchant city). My colleague walked out on someone tonight shooting up and he also apologised for yet still left all his needles. It got so bad out our back that we were all stressed about taking the bins out because we would constantly walk out on people shooting up or taking a fucking shit at our gate. Awful. Council want nothing to do with it. We had a new gate installed because our property is part of network rail and they cleaned it for us as a one off for its defo not the normal |
