| Comment | I'm just down the road from a couple of "scatter flats" as the locals call them, which seem to be the temporary accomodation South lanarkshire council flats for those who unexpectedly find themselves homeless. Two bedroom maisonettes with a balcony, and they are absolutely gutted and refurbished between the tenants, always workmen in painting and new carpets going down etc.
So if you're in my bit of SLC, you'll be fine x |
