They're bad? Says who? They'll be figuring out the ins and outs of swearing by themselves, evaluating the importance of context, etc. Maybe they'll see the bag on display and ask why someone felt the need to express it that way. Maybe someone will tell them and they'll learn something. I don't think they'll be offended or put out by seeing the word 'fuck' displayed.
