| Comment | Omg yes they do. Alongside education and rehabilitation crime rates do drop. I don’t need a source but common sense. Just look at the countries with the strictest laws in place. Once a major crime is committed the full extent of the law is enforced. Countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran have been very successful implementing long life sentences which has resulted in very low crime rates. We don’t sources snore……which have been rigged to fit certain other agendas. Speak to the average policeman in Scotland and they will give you a true picture. |
