That's fair enough to say man, I mind a couple years back I had booked in with them for a chest piece up in Dundee, took the day off work and all that but the artist was hungover so had to reschedule last minute on the day. They were good with reimbursing me and the tattoo ended up being ridiculously cheap when I did get it done but still a pain in the ass.
