Id honestly love a breakdown in what council tax actually goes on, because all we are seeing is cuts over years and it never gets any better. I feel we are being robbed. What I do see is very fat wages for the higher payscaled positions, in the councils... maybe we should start there!
It made me really mad to see they gave YOU a high vis, bin bags and a picker, a disabled person, who as you said you are trying but not fully able. That is disgusting! OR the other "option" pay out your own money to employ people! Meanwhile paying your council tax for fuck all. This itself would have been met with a few choice words, two of them being insulting and ignorant towards you! Its really nasty actually.
How about they start giving money back if they want to do this!
Im not being very constructive here, I only wanted to say Im on your side. If any council worker on a fat payscale is reading this - you should be absolutely ashamed and doing something about it! |
