The Red Sky Bar at the Radisson Red, next to the Finnieston Crane. Obviously you'd need to book and have a cocktail or whatever.

And Cineworld on Renfield Street is back open too. Haven't been there since Covid, but it used to be the case you could freely get up to the top on the escalators without any ticket checking or anything.

It's not super-high or anything, but the cafe in John Lewis (the one next to the haberdashery) has good views looking down on that corner between Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street that might be good depending on the kind of photos you want.
