| Comment | I think it was maybe someone here who once said that when Hermes say they attempted delivery or couldn't access building, etc. it's because your parcel wasn't even on the van that day.
I've had Hermes give me that message for two days in a row (despite me being in) and then status is updated on the third day to say my parcel was delivered, with a photo of blackness as proof of it being on my porch. Said parcel subsequently turns up two days later at 8pm. |
