| Comment | I'm the same with Hermes. In August I moved into a new build that wasn't on a lot of companies systems yet so only royal mail and hermes would deliver. There was a less than 50/50 chance if it would arrive at all or "be lost" and a 90% chance it would not arrive on the scheduled date.
On the plus side, I got so many amazon vouchers for "inconvenience" around that time.
Now I avoid companies that use hermes only, and pick another option if available. |
