There's no such thing as 'Celtic culture and ethnicity'. Celtic is a branch of the language tree than includes Irish and Scottish Gaelic, Welsh, Breton, Cornish, etc. These are all distinct living cultures and any attempt to mash them together into some kind of mystical 'Celtic' ethnic identity is historically and linguistically illiterate and offensive to living Celtic-language-speaking communities, not to mention the worst kind of dumb internet wooo-woo with rather suspicious undertones of US white supremacy. Get a grip.
