| Comment | It's not really a humorous situation though, is it? Actually it's been very stressful for us as we're emigrating in 1 month and desperately need to be vaccinated. I managed to get through to someone to complain and it appears that they're taking it very seriously. I doubt it was the first time this call handler gave that number out because she seemed to have it at hand. I'm not one for getting folk the sack but that cunt should be nowhere near NHS services. |
