Comment	I get your Point about GCC not having a regular bin collection. Sadly this Isn’t going to change. Does that mean that we should just Chuck rubbish on the street though? Because the evil GCC won’t give us more bins. Surely some of the responsibility lies with us as well to keep the streets clean? That rubbish looks like it’s from a foot establishment of some sort, there’s a an empty box of tomatoes nearby. Could they not bring this stuff to the skip if their bins are overflowing? It’s a pain in the arse I know but I’ve had to bring stuff to the skip all the time when I can put it in my bins.
